The BMW X5M and X6M deliver blistering performance straight from the factory-but decent sound isn’t enough for an SUV with this much power. At Valvetronic Designs, we’ve engineered the ultimate valved exhaust system to unlock the raw, motorsport-inspired tone that these platforms truly deserve.
Connecting to either stock or aftermarket free-flow downpipes, our system runs a full 3.0-inch diameter from inlet to outlet, flowing unrestricted all the way to the tips. A centrally mounted X-pipe merges exhaust pulses for a harmonized, high-energy tone as the revs climb.
Through our development testing, we found that an unresonated configuration produces the most raw and exciting character, with crisp gear-change snaps and a more engaging overall tone.

Installation Notes
